Pot luck "Su Sar" - launch of our branch office

Why did we decide to open this branch office? Located in the heart of New York city, on 43rd street between 5th and 6th avenue avenues, this is an ideal place for Myanmar youths to meet and socialize after a hard day's work. The MYA welcomes not only Myanmar youths but youths from all countries. All those who came had a wonderful time nd there was more food than we could eat.

Digital Education Project - new project idea

Dear friends and supporters of MYA,

We are now formulating a new project called "Digital Education Project". The aim of this project is to provide assistance to the Education Sector in Myanmar by creating educational materials in digital format and distributing these CDs and DVDs throughout the country to government and private schools.

Who will do this:

We invite all people, Myanmars as well as foreigners who love the country and the people.

One of the ideas is to tap the experience of senior citizens (both in Myanmar and in foreign countries) to ask them to volunteer in any way they can.

More about this project later.
